________
They say Yogi Berra is funny. Well, he has a lovely wife and family, a beautiful home, money in the bank, and he plays golf with millionaires. What's funny about that?

"EASQ" is definitely a corporate type of name, an acronym for your brand (we'll let you decide what it means).

However, "Equity," "Assets," "Savings," and "Quality" come to mind, not necessarily all four words in the same acronym, although we must say that this combination could work well for the banking business, which could use a positive boost.

Radio test: Does not quite pass the radio test, given that listeners might hear "Eask" or "Eesk," or even "Eesq." For radio spots, the announcer should carefully pronounce the name and then slowly spell out the entire domain:

"E-a-s-q-dot-com"

It might even help to pronounce the full name, such as "'E-A-S-Q' stands for 'Equity, Assets, Savings, and Quality.'"

In short, EASQ is primarily a visual term: internet, TV, print. If you plan to use radio spots extensively for advertising your product or service, we recommend that you find another name.

"EASQ" and its variations ("E ASQ," "EAS Q," or "EA SQ"), do not appear in the USPTO.gov data bases. However, EASQ is a acronym for a psychological test (you can easily look it up), administered by psychiatrists and psychologists. We recommend that the buyer, when branding a service, avoid this area altogether, but given its insularity within a specific field, other uses should be fine. If you are not certain, please consult with a trademark attorney.
